Feeling the signs of aging

Why is aging so depressing?  Well, it’s because as we age, our skin begins to sag, droop, and lose the elasticity that we once had in our 20’s.  This is especially true in our face and neck areas, and since this is the first thing people see when they look at us it is hard to not be insecure about the way we look.
Usually most people start to notice the early signs of fine lines in there late 20’s and early 30’s, and if we didn’t take the proper recommendations in caring for our skin in our younger years  when it really counted, then they can show up sooner.
Minor precautions include wearing sunscreen with SPF when exposed to the sun for an extended period of time.  Or, wearing sunglasses to avoid squinting, which will cause crow’s feet.  Also removing make-up before we go to bed can also help reduce the formation of fine lines.
We are only born with 1 skin, and although some people resort to pricey surgeries or costly Botox treatments, the side effects and recovery make them not the best answers.  Holistic anti aging is the answer.  With safe all natural ingredients that are safer for your skin without the irritation that you can get from many of the chemicals in other products.
